"I first spoke with Lori years ago after a tragic car accident and she was so kind and helpful through it all and even called a week later just to check in and make sure i was okay!! This year I got to meet Jonathan who works in this office and he was so helpful as well. I had no clue what so many things were and had no clue what i wanted or needed from insurance but Jonathan took the time to explain things in a way I could understand and has helped me through a more recent wreck as well!
